Schedule an appointment to visit our site and meet our staff. Please bring the following documents with you upon your visit to our center:
1.) Recent psycho educational report (within the last 3 years)
2.) School transcripts and records, IEP or 504 information.
After you visit, you will be asked to complete the application and return with a $100 processing fee paid by personal check, cashier's check, or money order.

Upon acceptance we will schedule an interview to plan your student's individualized program.
Tuition and Expenses
Cost of Full Residential Program: $30,000 (for a full year)
Cost of Day Student Program: $25,000 (for a full year)
Cost of Extension Program: Fee based on services agreed upon
Application Processing Fee: $100
Deposit to hold space in program: $1,500 (applied to tuition)
Additional Expenses:
Tuition and fees for college, technical, or vocational school of your choosing
Housing costs such as rent, electricity, internet/cable - per rental agreement
Monthly budget, as planned with family, to include public transportation, laundry, groceries, and social activities

Funding Sources
We encourage families to apply for outside scholarship money. We would be happy to discuss any funding choices with you. We are a registered 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.
